Living abroad can be an emotional challenge
Moving to a new country and living in a culture different from our own can be a huge emotional challenge. Feelings such as loneliness, stress, abandonment, depression or burnout are very common in modern society.
In this sense, Fundacja Portugalia, with the support of the Portuguese Psychologists Association, has launched — an unprecedented project that brings together a team of 14 Portuguese and Brazilian psychologists, living in Portugal, available to serve the Portuguese community living abroad.
