Being Portuguese is much more than a place on the map. It is a language that brings us closer together, a culture that defines us, and a pride that we carry with us wherever we may be.

Today, we celebrate Portugal and all Portuguese people who, in Poland, the Baltic States and around the world, keep alive their connection to their homeland, their roots and their traditions.

Despite the distance, we remain united by what we share: our history, our culture and the pride of being Portuguese.

On this special day, we also celebrate the strength of our community and the bonds that we have built together.

“Esta é a ditosa Pátria minha amada.”
— Luís de Camões

Fundacja Portugalia wishes everyone a Happy Portugal Day, Camões Day and Portuguese Communities Day!
